This week Joseph and I met up to discuss a a detailed plan of the Multi-sensory Project.

Meeting Notes Oct 24, 2023

1. Launch one event that last for a day by the end of the semester (the week of Dec 8); at IDM space (rent one of the classrooms)/ events room next to the makerspace
2. Design protocols
   1. User research/interviews
   2. User journey planning
3. Room design: Installation design for multisensory room - using projectors/lights on the walls for different colors/sounds/live coding

4. Activities for people to learn and interact and relax: slime (or something that is equally sensory)
5. Lighting situation: find out the extent of which the lights in the rooms are adjustable
6. User research / interview (firgure out questions)
   1. Which day in the week they prefer for such events?
7. Budget - do we have any budget?
8. Continue to research on precedent work on multisensory
   1. Check out the mediation room at 2 metro and talk to the staff
